We manufacture all of our hooklift drying containers at our UK manufacturing plant, built to CHEM or DIN specifications and made to fit all Hooklift, Cablelift and BIGAB vehicles. Sizes can vary dependant on your specific requirements, however typically we manufacture drying bodies to 35 yards.
The most important aspect of the roll on roll off drying container is the raised bridge slot flooring system which is built into the base of the body. Its raised and perforated design allows for even airflow throughout the skip, reducing moisture content in wood materials much quicker than in a non-ventilated body. The most common material our customers dry in their hooklift drying body is woodchip.
As well as the raised flooring, the rear doors of our hooklift drying containers are configured to suit your selected heat input source used for drying. Our expert team are on hand to find a door type to meet your demands.
